The owners of Villa Tranquila may increase or decrease the sale price with no prior notice or remove the property entirely from sale unless a valid signed contract was in place at the time.

All conveyancing and legalities must be completed  as standard legal procedure.

No furniture will be included in the sale but may be available through a separate purchase or agreement.

Included in the sale will be all light fixtures (including those with integrated fan assemblies) and will include all remotes for operating them, window coverings, window screens, metal window blinds.

The security system through Securitas can be continued with a new contract in place. 

The internet and wifi contract can be continued with a new contract in place.
