Many owners simply put a paint coat over top to get the property ready to sell and it looks wonderful for the first year until the paint starts to flake off. We have made the decision to do this 100% correctly to ensure the paint lasts for a very long time and looks new with each passing year.
Many of the rooms inside have been painted in custom designs, giving each room a very individual theme and feel. New light fixtures have been installed - many with fans incorporated into them to allow an effective movement of air every month of the year. Each area (except for the Summer Room) also enjoys its own “zoned” air conditioning / heating unit to keep each section exactly as cool or warm as you would like them to be! Underfloor heating is in place throughout the entire house to add additional warmth and comfort during the winter months.
There are 2 hot water solar panels in place to provide hot water to the property, an instant hot water unit is installed in the kitchen and the 16 newly installed solar panels (in 2024) ensure economical electric bills throughout the year with rebates enjoyed for any excess energy produced! A new “Fast Charge” car charger was also installed in 2024.
